I’m not sure I understand your question.
I loaded Cart66 Lite and all seems t work except for the sales tax not showing up in the Paypal Express checkout but the sales tax does show on my website shopping cart.
Tax does not show up by default in the billing screen of Paypal. It will appear on the express page, and when they confirm it, it will be in the Paypal account and in the orders screen
